Gastem - Hard To Stop (CD)

GASTEM had their first stint in the second half of the eighties. The band around longtime KIX bassist Mark Schenker, who replaced the late Mark Emon, offers fine sounds. After an hiatus of several decades, the year 2024 finally saw new music from the four-piece and now "Hard To Stop" is about to embark. Of course, we talk classic hard rock here with pretty infectious hooks, energy-driven vocals and interesting almost BEATLES-like harmonies. GASTEM might be flying a bit under the radar, but their songs speak for themselves. (MS)
