Neverland - Neverland (CD)

The 1991 debut from American melodic rockers NEVERLAND features the monster track "Drinking Again", known from the fantastic soundtrack to the movie "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey". Aside from that stroke of luck, NEVERLAND is a classic case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Had they arrived a few years earlier, their sound, reminiscent of Mr. BIG and DAN REED NETWORK, as well as LITTLE CAESAR or RIVERDOG, would likely have taken off in a big way. Vocalist Dean Ortega subsequently joined TRIBE Of GYPSIES. It is great to see this pure gem finally being available again.(MS)
