"Heartbeat" is the first solo effort of URIAH HEEP and LUCIFER'S FRIEND frontman JOHN LAWTON, who passed away in 2021, from 1980. Musicians from LUCIFER'S FRIEND, including their guitarist Peter Hesslein recorded the album (almost) completely making it basically an album of the progressive rockers. Comes completely remastered and with a new booklet. The British singer is considered as one of the most influencial voices in rock. Tracks like the title track or "Rainbow Chasing" still have the magic, even almost fifty years after their incarnation. (MS)
