AGB
1. Terms and Conditions: Only the following terms and conditions are valid between Pride & Joy Music and the customer.
2. Cancellation of your order: You can cancel your order in written form within two weeks after your order. In case, the amount of order is higher than 40,00 Euro, Pride & Joy Music will take over the returning costs. Returns are only possible for sealed items.
3. Contract: The contract for your order becomes valid when hitting the ordering button.
4. Reclamation: Please notify us about any possible damages etc. within 1 week after receipt of your order. Any later reclamations can't be accepted. In case of reasonable reclamation within 1 week after delivery, we will replace the item on our own costs or send the payment pack to you. Paper sleeves and jewel cases are part of the packaging and will be not be subject of any replacements.
5. Delivery: Delivery while stock will last. First come, first serve.
