Osukaru - Tall Tales (CD)

OSUKARU from Sweden guarantee quality in terms of melodic rock and AOR music for many years. "Tall Tales" is a bit harder and edgier and offers less keyboards than the previous efforts. But let alone the voice of frontman Fredrik Werner (AIRRAID, DAYTONA) or the sense for cool hooklines shine. Mainman und gitarist Oz Hawe Petersson again manages to meet the level of the previous outputs. The song "Wendigo" surprises whereas "Blood On The Rocks" or "C'est Dans Ta Tête", for instance, are pure AOR. (MS)
