Frank Stalone - Frank Stalone (CD)

The 1984 debut from American actor and singer FRANK STALONE is a true classic. The younger brother of Sylvester Stallone enjoyed moderate success in the eighties, most notably with "Far From Over," taken from the "Staying Alive" soundtrack and included here, and the album’s melodic sound, which blends rock elements with a vibrant Westcoast vibe, stands on its own merits. Other highlights include "Love Is Like A Light" and "She's So Popular." Few records capture the spirit of the eighties as effectively as this one. A great mix of SURVIVOR and CHICAGO. As is typical for the label Music On CD, this release has been remastered and comes in high-quality packaging. (MS)
