CRIMES OF PASSION from Sheffield/UK (C.O.P. UK today) rerelease their 2008 debut. The record with its eleven original tracks is equipped with a bonus cut ("Angel"). It's nothing but hard rock with tiomeless riffing paired with soaring vocals (Dale Radcliffe) all over the place. There is a certain RATT influence to be heard. There is one or the other outstanding track missing, though, but nevertheless, in the long run it's a solid, versatile and foremost authentic record. Just check out "Exit Wound" and "Dream Of Me" for a representative impression. (MS)
