Teenage Casket Company - Static Memories (CD)

British band TEENAGE CASKET COMPANY put out all their recordings on the two anthologies "Radio Hearts" und "Static Memories". The band around frontman Rob Wylde (MIDNITE CITY, TIGERTAILZ) shows what happens when power pop and glam rock meet. TCC are basically part BON JOVI, part CHEAP TRICK. The albums include a complete anthology for the collectors and newbies including rare hard to find tracks, demos, live tracks, and even a surprise or two. Really cool are the matching artworks, too. Highlights on "Static Memories" are, for instance, "(You Only Love Me) When You Hate Me" or "Best Friend Is My Radio". (MS)
