ERIC MARTIN BAND and the 1983 album "Looks Can Be Deceiving", which should have followed to the debut "Sucker For A Pretty Face" and got shelved for forty years unfortunately due to management problems, is a strong contender for seventies-rooted melodic rock of the eighties. Later he became frontman of MR.BIG and, of course, one of the iconic melodic voices of the eighties with his characteristic voice. These wonderful songs are nothing but a treasure box.
