Stan Bush - Born For Battle (CD)

The American STAN BUSH is an AOR magician who especially aroused attention with his contributions for action movies. The new output "Born For Battle" is providing big potential. "Heart Of A Lion" with its anthem-like chorus and the catchy "Prisoner Of The Heart" with lots of pathos are only two examples. Cool music that impressingly revives the glorious eighties in a lovely way. The production could have been slighty punchier, though, but the songwriting and the arrangements itself are superb and make this record a definite must-have. STAN BUSH rocks! (MS)
