White Tyger - Back Of The Class (CD) Digipack

WHITE TYGER and "Back Of The Class" play cool sleaze rock which is partly reminiscent of HARDCORE SUPERSTAR but also includes elements from good, old SKID ROW or CRAZY LIXX. The (unfortunately) only seven songs are all above average..The band from Birmingham/England mostly rocks like hell ("Almost Home" or "Vanilla Circus") but also knows the quieter stuff really well ("Instafine"), including fine guitars (Nip Turner und Chris Hingley). Definitely an alternative for the usual suspects from Sweden. A great teaser is the melodic "Starlight", too. (MS)
