Lovechild – Soul Collector (CD) Original Pressing

Lovechild is a four piece which hails from Liechtenstein and as this country is more or less a part of Switzerland it shouldn’t surprise that they’re serve us a riff orientated hard rock style in the vein of Shakra, Krokus and early Gotthard. Not all members of the band are newcomers to the scene, cause singer Werner Schweizer was the former vocalist of Swiss hard rockers Satrox and with Kreator/Coroner guitarist Tommy Vetterli they found an established producer which gave “Soul Collector” a tight and powerful sound. To play in the same league as the acts mentioned above Lovechild needs to write a few killer tunes with the next album,  but “Soul Collector” is already a pretty good start.
