There’s no need to bother about the split up of the great Swedish melodic rockers GRAND ILLUSION, cause keyboarder, bassist and main song-writer Anders Rydholm has teamed up with his ex- band mate Ola af Trampe (guitars) and with the addition of the US aces Sherwood Ball (vocals, Jay Graydon) and super drummer Gregg Bissonette (David Lee Roth, Steve Vai, Toto) the future looks bright for CODE. It shouldn’t be that much of a surprise that the influences from GRAND ILLUSION still shines through, cause Anders Rydholm is also the main songwriter for CODE, but with the additon of Sherwood Ball’s vocals the whole affair has been moved to a higher level. The first melodic rock highlight of 2007!
