"City Pulse" is the debut of the Canadians LOCKHART that seem to have completely ignored the time after the eighties. Pure AOR and melodic rock with an huge amount of bombast and pathos. And to get things straight here, this what somebody commented under one of their videos on YouTube. "The year is 1986. You are driving a white Corvette, palms, beach and your crush on the passenger seat... THIS is the soundtrack." SURVIVOR, NELSON or JOURNEY is what we are talking here.
