AOR, that's really what you get from the project by the same name led by mastermind Frédéric Slama (g). Lots of Westcoast elements and sounds recorded as usual by an all-star ensemble with e.g. Michael Thompson or Richard Page (MR.MISTER). Recorded as demos in the eighties in Los Angeles and originally released back in 2001, these tracks don't have to hide from anybody then and now. This double-decker is a nice portion of melodic sounds that Perris Records is re-issueing here with "Return To L.A." from 2015 being one of the strongest AOR-outputs by Slama. (MS)
