American band MESSAGE put out this cool record in the year 2000, their third and last, at a time when this type of melodic rock sounds with sprinkles of AOR were not really popular, though. The great Dean Fasono (v) gets support from none other than Chris Ousey (HEARTLAND) here who adds powerful backings. Just check out "Right On The Line", "The Beat Before Heartbrea" and "Secrets In The Night". Here and there you identify very little seventies touches in the arrangements which matches the twelve tracks pretty well. Simply a fine record! (MS)
