BlackRain - Orphans Of The Light (CD) Digipak

French outfit BLACKRAIN, one of the hardest working outfits out there, and their sleaze and hard rock which obviously include influences like MÖTLEY CRÜE and HARDCORE SUPERSTAR never disappoint. The first single "Dreams" sticks out a bit, though, but also the other thirteen tracks illustrate the positive development in the band's sound over the last couple of releases. Frontman Swan Hellion and the guys know their craft and are easily able to surprise with tracks like "Me'Andres De L'Instinct", partly sang in French, or the catchy "Chasing A Feeling". Thumbs up!
