Airstrike - Initial Attack (CD)

AIRSTRIKE and their only full release "Initial Attack" from 1986 came out only in very limited numbers on vinyl and tape only back in the day. The American band from Lincoln/Nebraska plays classic eighties US metal in the vein of, for instance, DOKKEN, QUIET RIOT or KEEL. This short-lived outfit from the mid-west could gain themselves an excellent live status, though. There are ten bonus tracks (!) as demo and live versions. Comes in remastered sound, of course. "Initial Attack" is some kind of holy grail of the genre. Grab it! (MS)
