Trucker Diablo - Social Hand Grenade (CD)

TRUCKER DIABLO and their dark and heavy hard rock which is equipped with cool hooklines and more groove than the police allows are simply fun. "Social Hand Grenade" is album number six of the Northern Irish outfit. They can rock heavy (e.g. "Show Me The Way") but are able to play more quiet sounds, too, as you can hear for instance in the final track, the impressive ballad "What I See", which is slighty reminiscent of DISTURBED. Basically, this great piece of music is none but the perfect soundtrack for driving, working out in the gym or simply for having a beer. (MS)
