"3rd Stage Alert" is a self-titeled 5-track-EP by the American band from Los Angeles, originally released in 1984. Experts probably know this outfit from the legendary "Metal Massacre" samplers from Metal Blade back in the eighties. Expanded by six (!) bonus tracks you get strong (melodic) metal tracks with slices of hard rock. Like always with this label, the release is limited to 500 and a fine booklet is included. 3RD STAGE ALERT rocks! Proof needed? Check out "Superstar". Produced by YNGWIE MALMSTEEN by the way.
