Shipping information

 Your orders normally will be dispatched within 1-2 work days (Monday to Fridays) after the receipt of payment. Orders which include one or more pre-ordered items will be shipped together once all titles are in stock.

The postage costs are automatically generated based on the weight and size of the items. For technical reasons, double CD’s count as 2 CD’s and box sets with e.g. 3 CDs count multiple times. 

In order for the postage costs to be calculated correctly for you, you must be registered and logged in to your account.

Orders sent as registered letter are only insured up to 20 Euros by DHL/ Deutsche Post (in case of loss and/or damage). 

To fully insure your order, please choose the shipping service: DHL parcel or UPS.

DHL Parcel and UPS shipments are shipped in a cardboard box. Warenpost International shipments are shipped in a bubbled envelope. All shipments come with the jewel cases.

Information:

Aufgrund der Änderungen der Zollformalitäten für Sendungen in die USA im Sommer 2025 versenden wir aktuell nur per UPS in die USA und nach Puerto Rico. Auf Musik-CDs werden weiterhin keine Zölle erhoben, UPS berechnen dem Empfänger aktuell jedoch ggf. vor der Zustellung eine Maklergebühr für die Abwicklung der Zollformalitäten bei Ankunft der Sendung. Diese Gebühren sind in den Versandkosten nicht enthalten und müssen vom Empfänger entweder vorab online an UPS oder bei Zustellung entrichtet werden. Sollte der Empfänger die Annahme verweigern und das Paket retour gehen, erstatten wir bei Ankunft und Sichtung der CDs ausschließlich den Preis der CD's, jedoch nicht die ursprünglichen Porto- und auch nicht eventuelle Rücksendekosten.

 

Information:

Due to changes in customs formalities for shipments to the US in summer 2025, we currently only ship to the US and Puerto Rico via UPS. No customs duties will continue to be levied on music CDs, but UPS may currently charge the recipient a brokerage fee for handling customs formalities upon arrival of the shipment prior to delivery. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient to UPS either in advance online or upon delivery. If the recipient refuses to accept the package and it is returned, we will refund only the price of the CDs upon arrival and inspection, but not the original shipping costs or any return shipping costs.
