Hurricane - Reconnected (CD)

HURRICANE with their first album since "Liquifzry" (2001) and their fifth in total. The only two original members Robert Sarzo (g) and Tony Cavazo (b) left keep up the flame for classic American hard rock, though. Just check out "Rockstar Cheater", "You And I" or "Don't Change Your Love" as well as the pretty well-done cover version of "Under Pressure" (QUEEN). In general, it's a great album with quite some highlights, a really good vocalist (Dan Schumann) and a pleasant time travel feeling to the glory days of melodic rock music foremost. "Reconnected" is one of the nice surprises so far this year MS)
