Mecca - Everlasting (CD)

American AOR project MECCA is one of the most consistant outfits out there in the melodic world. Mastermind Joe Vana (v), who added his son Joey (v) this time, knows his stuff. Excellent songwriting, a superb production and exciting arrangements make up album number four, the first in seven years. High calibre guests like Tommy Denander (g, RADIOACTIVE), Alessandro Del Vecchio (keys, REVOLUTION SAINTS, HARDLINE) or Stefano Lionetti (g, LIONETTI) complete the picture here in a very cool way. "Everlasting" is a great album which should not only please AOR fans in general but also lovers of WORK OF ART and TOTO in particular. The fantastic ballad "Everlasting" or the positive "I Won't Walk Away" should be proof enough.
