A great mixture of HELLOWEEN, PRIMAL FEAR and definitely PRETTY MAIDS can be found on album number four of the Danish outfit. That's no surprise as Marx used to play guitar in PRETTY MAIDS. Slighty heavier than the earlier releases, but not with less melodies, the energetic four-piece delivers thirteen blistering tracks. Drummer Ranzo, by the way is known from SULTAN and frontman Peer Johansson (FATE, PENTAKILL, THE GRANDMASTER) easily combines classic metal with few modern elements. But "The Legacy" is also able to give you mid-tempo tracks like e.g. "The Letter" showcases. Mix and master by Jacob Hansen (e.g. VOLBEAT). (MS)
