Hardland - Won't Look Back (1989-1994) (CD)

HARDLAND sound like a pleasant mixture of  BADLANDS, THUNDER and TESLA. "Won't Look Back (1989-1994)" contains the complete material the British outfit has ever recorded. Style-wise, the range goes from almost NWOBHM influenced songs with Ivan Markovic (ex-VOYAGER) on vocals to more bluesy sounds with Jonny Mellor fronting the band. The songs go back to three different sessions and offer strong songwriting and a pretty good production. HARDLAND might be history but their music certainly is a cool addition to every collection.
