FOXY ROXX from San Diego are one of the many glam and sleaze outfit roaming the clubs early and mid-nineties which, of course, was too late to break it in this genre. The classic sound of POISON, FASTER PUSSYCAT, VAIN oder L.A. GUNS was not welcome anymore. The second album from 1997, officially unreleased as of yet, is finally put out now remasted and with the addition of three well-crafted bonus cover tracks (KISS, THE BRADY BUNCH, TWISTED SISTER). The slightly rough sound of the band suits the attitute of the songs of the record very well. (MS)
