Lethal X - 90 Tons Of Thunder (CD)

LETHAL X with RACER X musicians Jeff Martin (v) und Harry Gschosser (d) surprise with a strong debut. Probably as close as possible to a new (and eagerly awaited) new RACER X album. "90 Tons Of Thunder" is really fun and showcases a lot of sheer talent. Paul Gilbert (g, MR.BIG) and his bandmate Billy Sheehan (b) are guesting on a couple of tracks. Just check out the wonderful "God, Guts, Faith And Glory" as well as the playful instrumental "Chasing The Flaw". Great stuff for all guitar enthusiasts for sure! Reminiscent of METAL CHURCH to a certain degree. (MS)
