Sunstorm - Restless Fight (CD)

Ronnie Romero (v, u.a. RAINBOW, LORDS OF BLACK, ex-VANDENBERG) might be pretty active these days but he can sing for sure. SUNSTORM album number eight in total and number three with Romero fronting combines all the qualities of this project, which are AOR/melodic rock sounds meeting classic hard rock highly influenced by eighties guitar heroes like Jake E.Lee or Steve Stevens, to create something big. "Restless Fight" definetely marks a high point in the SUNSTORM discography. "I'll Stand For You" or "Dreams Aren’t Over" provide a great first impression and win you over for sure. (MS)
