Fate - Reconnect ‘N Ignite (CD)

FATE and their new album "Reconnect ‘N Ignite", the eighth in total, is based on the great guitars (Torben Enevoldsen) and powerhouse vocals (Peer Johansson) foremost as well as versatile and mature songwriting. At times the material is pretty heavy in songs like "Reason For Everything" or "Children Of A Lesser God" but melodies are still very prominent like in e.g. "This Won't Last" or "Hold On". FATE do have their spot next to the PRETTY MAIDS and SKAGARACK when it comes to Danish hardrock - and will no doubt underline it with this album. (MS)
