Zar - From Welcome...To Goodbye +2 (CD) Digipak

ZAR and their 1993 album "From Welcome...To Goodbye" is fine melodic metal and hard rock. Album number three of the Southern German band is more commercial than the first two. This rerelease comes with two bonus cuts and absolutely authentic without a new mix or remastering but still sounds really good. Original frontman John Lawton (ex URIAH HEEP, ex LUCIFER'S FRIEND) songs the song "Eagles Flight" whereas Thommy Bloch sings the rest. Lots of the tracks offer pretty much of an eighties touch. SURVIVOR's "Didn't Know It Was Love" and the instrumental "Kroda Bushi" are the bonus tracks here. (MS)
