Bad Angels - On The Rail +2 (CD)

BAD ANGELS and their bluesy hard rock in the vein of TESLA, CINDERELLA, RATT, TATTOO RODEO, GREAT WHITE or EVERYBODY'S NIGHTMARE did not stand the smallest chance against the dramatically changing musical climate in terms of commercial success when the album came out in 1993. But the material on "On The Rail" is really good for he most part and well-produced. The Americans and their frontman Val Grant, who is a bit reminicent of Axl Rose (GUNS'N'ROSES) at times, are able to showcase all facettes of sleazy arena rock easily like tracks like "Borderline" or "Blue Grass Lady" show. The original is pretty much sought after, therefore: Grab it! (MS)
