Jon Anderson and The Band Geeks - True (CD)

As you can expect, English singer JON ANDERSON (ex-YES) offers progressive rock with his new band. There are slightly complex song structures and very pleasant melodies all over the place. The heart of the album is the longtrack "Once Upon A Dream" but also short songs like the energetic "Shine On" or the beautiful ballad "Build Me An Ocean", which gives you goosebumps, are extremely nice. Highly suitable not only for YES enthusiasts, though. One of the most charismatic voices out there sings again - in an impressive way! Music to relax and enjoy! (MS)
